13 August 2011

I just booked my flights! Leaving Sydney for Hong Kong on 13th August at 10:05am with Lisa, before setting off for Tokyo on 18th August!! I'm so excited! But there's so much to do before hand:
  • Get my Visa (VERY IMPORTANT)
  • Get my Certificate of Eligibility
  • Alien Registration (No, seriously, I have to register as an 'Alien'. They should also supply an UFO for transportation as part of the title! I would have saved so much on plane tickets and accomodation!)
  • Host Family Agreement
  • International Student Card
  • Hong Kong Hotel Bookings
  • Tokyo Accomodation
  • Buy a Suit Case
  • JR Pass
  • Hong Kong Itinerary
  • Macau Itinerary
  • Tokyo Itinerary
  • Exchange money
  • Green Ps Test
  • Cancel my Newspaper Subscription
  • Centrelink
  • Get my baby, Canon 60D <3 (You'll be mine soon, love)
  • Do my Taxes D:
I most probably forgotten a few points on the list, but hopefully everything will be done on time. So much to do in a little over a month's time. In the midst of it all, I'm working alot (for the much needed moolah), and I might attend some social gatherings. An abundance of farewell & 21sts parties.

Oh & yes, I got Facebook D:

Vividly Cold

After work last night, I went to the Vivid Festival with Wilson. Everything was really pretty and some were interactive as well, which made it more fun. It would have been better if it didn't feel like my face was going to crack open due to the freezing temperature. Here are some photos that almost cost me my fingers due to frostbite:

Cougar?

So, straight afterwork yesterday, Tasie unexpectedly dragged me out to an 18's birthday party. It was one of her student's birthday and she didn't want to be the odd one out. She put a face and dress on me and before I knew it I was surrounded by high schoolers with ragging hormones, and the inability to hold alcohol, making out right in front of me. Lets just say it was a memorable night, that hopefully won't reoccur anytime soon. I'm too old for it. D:
